In this class we will AWAKEN AND ACTIVATE the Solar Plexus – the centre of consciousness related to subconscious emotions. (This is different from the Nabhi.)

You have abandoned so many gifts, talents, and dreams because of outside emotional pressure. For example, parents, teachers, even friends may have told you, “You will not be a star! Your voice is not good enough! You will not make a living if you do that!” etc etc etc.

BUT WE ARE ALL ARTISTS! The future will be what we create! You are THE ONE TO CREATE THE NEW!

Travel from central London to Chingford
By train: from Liverpool Station to Chingford
By tube: from central London get the Victoria Line (blue) and travel northbound all the way to the end – Walthamstow Central. Get off and go up the stairs to the Overground. At the first platform you come to get a train to Chingford which is about four stops and the end of the line. Runs roughly every 15 minutes.
By car: There is free parking at Gilwell Park.

From Chingford station to Gilwell Park
By taxi: there’s a taxi rank right outside the station (should cost around £5).
By foot: it’s an approximately 15 minute very nice walk. After leaving the station turn right on the main road then turn left through the golf course and follow the road about 2km to the Gilwell entrance on the left (see map below).
