Santosa Living Yoga and Bhakti Camp, Somerset, 23–30 Aug

2017-05-18T20:52:17+01:00

Har Nal Kaur will be teaching at the 2014 Santosa Living Yoga and Bhakti Camp, which takes place in the last week in August at the Healing Field Meadow between Shepton Mallet and Pilton in Somerset.

Har Nal Kaur’s classes will take place on:
• Thursday 28 August from 3.00 to 5.00 pm
• Friday 29 August from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm.

The annual Santosa Camp is as much a spiritual process as an event. It’s an intimate gathering, usually around 250 people including 40 yoga teachers, the Santosa crew and around 10 healers and therapists. It’s a friendly camp, and everyone gets to know most people. The maximum number the site can comfortably accommodate is 300, and the organisers love the Healing Field Meadow so much that they want to keep the camp small and perfect, so everyone fits into the single meadow.

For full details and to register visit the Santosa Camp website at www.santosyogacamp.co.uk.

The London Level 1 Teacher Training 2013–2014 starts tomorrow!

2017-05-18T20:52:17+01:00

The 2013–14 Amrit Nam Sarovar Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training 2013–14 starts this weekend (26–27 October 2013) but it’s still not too late to join – even after this weekend. It is not essential to take the weekend modules sequentially, and any modules you don’t attend during the 2013–14 course you can take in 2014–15 instead: there are usually a few students in each year’s intake who complete the modules over a two-year span. The full schedule for the 2013–14 course is available here. Further details can be found under Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training and registration forms can be downloaded here.

The Level 1 teacher training programme is for everyone who has been touched in some way by kundalini yoga, whether you would like to become a certified teacher and formally teach, or simply wish to deepen your personal experience of kundalini yoga. If you feel drawn to the training, now is the time to take this next step upon your path.

If you have any questions please email me at harnalkaur@amritnam.com or call me on 07740 435379.

Seva is not convenient

2015-01-07T07:40:43+00:00

A workshop in Southall, Saturday 28 September 2013, 10.30 am to 1.30 pm

Dharma is when we take action to uplift others. Seva is our Dharma. Doing seva, we will receive abundance a thousand-fold. If we do not do seva, we only serve our purpose, our insecurity, our own ego and ourself. I, You, me and us are all that there is. Therefore give yourself a chance. Make it simple, don’t make it complicated.
— Yogi Bhajan 25/8/96

Har Nal Kaur has years of experience of walking this path. She will share how seva is a key on the way to discovering your True Self. Learning who you are by seeing where you are. How you react. How you are a slave to your mind. All this from obeying! It’s not easy but it is simple. Understand yourself once and for all, and be free. Ang Sang Wahe Guru. You show the path by walking yourself and carrying others.

The session will include a Kundalini Yoga Kriya and Meditation. All are welcome. If you would like to attend, email Har Nal Kaur.

Investment: £20
Venue: Southall Kundalini Yoga Centre, Sikh Missionary Society, 1st Floor, Featherstone Road, Southall UB2 5DP (entrance in Dominion Road).

The venue is 5 minutes walk from Southall train station. Southall is 12 minutes from Paddington. There is a large car park behind the venue costing £3 for the day.
