She Who Remembers
Women’s Weekend Retreat with Har Nal & Jotipal
💛 Your heart holds your greatest power 💛
But it cannot fully open when parts of you are rejected, judged, or suppressed.
This July, join us for a sacred weekend to honour all parts of yourself, release grief and self-judgment, use forgiveness to soften, heal, and reclaim wholeness and connect deeply with other women in heart-centred support.
Through guided practices and shared tools, you’ll experience the shift — before and after — as your heart opens and your true potential emerges.
We are thrilled to be able to share this with you!

Opening the Heart — Forgiveness as the Gateway to Wholeness
The heart cannot fully open while parts of the self are rejected.
For women to open their hearts to one another, they must first open their hearts within themselves. That opening begins with radical self-acceptance — embracing the light, the shadow, the judgments, the mistakes, the grief.
When any part of the whole is suppressed, the heart guards itself.
When all parts are welcomed, the heart softens.
Forgiveness becomes the bridge.
Glastonbury ~ Â The Heart Chakra of Earth
We will be supported by the vibrations of Glastonbury and all it has to offer. Â We will take time to connect to some of the sacred sites through meditation
Chalice Well and the White Spring
and of course the Tor
Har Nal and Jotipal will be holding the space and guiding you on this inner journey.
So you will connect to the divine within you to build your light body. Â You will clear any shadows that get triggered.
All this means you will leave feeling more in touch with you as a multidimensional being.
So able to live your life with more easy and grace.

The Spiritual Arc of the Weekend
1. Arrival — Meeting the Heart
2. Acceptance — Honoring All Parts
3. Grief — Allowing What Was Held
4. Forgiveness — The Great Tool
5. Integration — Noticing the Shift
This gathering is not about doing many things.
It is about doing one sacred thing deeply:
Healing the heart through acceptance and forgiveness.

Acceptance — Honoring All Parts
- Shadow acknowledgment practice
- Compassionate witnessing in pairs
- Exploring self-judgment without trying to fix it
- Understanding how rejection of self closes the heart
This stage may bring sadness.
Not as weakness — but as truth surfacing.

Healing Sound Bath and Cacao Ceremony
- Gong Bath
- Crystal Bowls
Grief — Allowing What Was Held
Forgiveness often opens the door to grief.
Grief for:
- Harsh self-criticism
- Choices made in survival
- Ways we abandoned ourselves
- Pain we unknowingly created within
Space is held for tears, silence, and emotional release.
This is sacred ground.
. Forgiveness — The Great Tool
Forgiveness here is not about excusing behavior.
It is about:
- Releasing self-punishment
- Returning to compassion
- Choosing wholeness over shame
Through guided practices, meditations, and shared tools from Har Nal and Jotipal
