A workshop in Southall, Saturday 28 September 2013, 10.30 am to 1.30 pm
Dharma is when we take action to uplift others. Seva is our Dharma. Doing seva, we will receive abundance a thousand-fold. If we do not do seva, we only serve our purpose, our insecurity, our own ego and ourself. I, You, me and us are all that there is. Therefore give yourself a chance. Make it simple, don’t make it complicated.
— Yogi Bhajan 25/8/96
Har Nal Kaur has years of experience of walking this path. She will share how seva is a key on the way to discovering your True Self. Learning who you are by seeing where you are. How you react. How you are a slave to your mind. All this from obeying! It’s not easy but it is simple. Understand yourself once and for all, and be free. Ang Sang Wahe Guru. You show the path by walking yourself and carrying others.
The session will include a Kundalini Yoga Kriya and Meditation. All are welcome. If you would like to attend, email Har Nal Kaur.
