Kundalini Yoga Workshop & Sharing Circle with Har Nal Kaur
Can you imagine a life where you feel truly, deeply satisfied?

Are you tired of feeling the pressure to always do more?
The only person to truly recognise what you have done and how well you did it, is yourself. So how to can you do this and accept it is enough? How can we dissolve the desire to “own” and replace it with a deep sense of gratitude?
When you see other people in your group, at work or in your family and they’re all competing in their achievements, claiming this and claiming that, how can you hold the space and acknowledge that you honour yourself?
The universe knows and if you go in this direction, the satisfaction is complete. There is a feeling of wholeness. If you can connect to completeness on all dimensions and hold the space in silence and in love, this is what creates the space for yourself and others to grow.
The workshop will be an energetic transfer of the essence of what this means.
Suitable for all levels, I welcome both new and experienced students to join me in this exploration of self acceptance. During the workshop we will immerse ourselves to experience love in it’s truest essence. This is both an individual and collective journey, with a supportive energy to help you to make the change in your life that wishing for.
Kundalini yoga is for all , it really doesn’t matter your experience as you go to your own limits, this is a great opportunity to experience Kundalini Yoga to see if it resonates with you.
Har Nal Kaur has been teaching for 18 years and has an ability to transmit an energy that can uplift the individual! Her classes are always 110% from the heart, to uplift and empower so you can actually connect to a feeling of ONENESS
