About Your Guide

Har Nal is a Kundalini Yoga Teacher Trainer with Amrit Nam Sarovar International Kundalini Yoga School. She is dedicated to uplifting and empowering the individual and travels widely to teach and give workshops. Since 2002, she has taught over 3,000 students and has run international teacher training programs in six countries.

As a healer, with training in Amanae (emotional release bodywork), Universal Ray Healing, Harmonic Sound Healing and Reflexology, Har Nal has a gift to see behind what people are saying and to guide them to self-realization and finding solutions within themselves for areas of disharmony. She helps them to facilitate the release of emotional blockages and let go of old patterns so they can take responsibility for their life, find freedom, and experience connection to source.
